Each ordering system is protected with SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption transaction technology. This technology prevents unrelated third parties from accessing the company's customer and vendor private order entry transaction information as it is transmitted to our order processing systems. Once A and E Watches has received the private information, it is then safeguarded within the company's normal internal security network. Each A and E Watches sector member adheres to these same secure online security procedures as adopted by A and E  Watches.
  
  
• Some customers may chose not to utilize this secure, online method of acquiring our items. Our friendly customer service staff is always available for questions and orders you may have via the telephone. They will answer questions, assist in obtaining financial and personal information in a secure and friendly atmosphere. To place an order over the phone, or simply to get answers to questions.

• In order to return your watch you must meet the following guidelines:
  
  If you are not fully satisfied with your watch due to mechanical malfunction you may return your watch for a refund.  Your refund amount will reflect less shipping and will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.  Before shipping your watch you must first contact your sales representative for a Return Authorization Number (RA Number).  Merchandise along with all accessories must be received on or before 3-business days from the date of purchase.   Any merchandise received without an RA Number or after the 3-business days will not be eligible for a refund.
   

• In order to exchange your watch you must meet the following guidelines:
  
  If you are not fully satisfied with your watch you may return your watch for an exchange only.  Items will be exchanged for equal or greater value, for merchandise of greater value the balance remaining will be the responsibility of the buyer along with any and all shipping charges.  Before shipping your watch you must first contact your sales representative for a Exchange Authorization Number (EA Number).  Merchandise along with all accessories must be received on or before 5-business days from the date of purchase.   Any merchandise received without an EA Number or after the 5-business days will not be eligible for an exchange.  By the end of the 5-business days you must decide what item you want to exchange for.  If a balance applies it must be paid in full also by the end of the 5-business days.
   

• No returns, refunds or exchanges are allowed for the following: Lay-away items,  previously exchanged items, new watches, never-worn watches, un-used watches, special order watches or unique watches.
   

• A and E Watches reserves the right to refuse merchandise if guidelines are not met.

Applicable Law and Venue

• These Terms and Conditions and your use of this site will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, applicable to agreements made and to be entirely performed within the State of California, without resort to its conflict of law provisions. You agree that any action at law or in equity arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions shall be filed only in the state and federal courts located in San Francisco, California and you hereby irrevocably and unconditionally consent and submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts over any suit, action or proceeding arising out of your use of this site, any purchase from this site, or these Terms and Conditions.
