We give our customers an unbeatable 5-year warranty for pre-owned watches and a 7-year warranty for unworn watches.

What our warranty includes:

• Any mechanical issues with your watch.
• Scratch removal for free at any time.
• 1-time FREE complete service within the 5-7 year warranty period.

It is recommended to service watches that were manufactured prior to 2015 every 3-5 years and watches manufactured after 2015 every 5-7 years. Our warranty gives you the benefit of having the 1st overhaul for free!

What our warranty excludes:

• Water damage is not covered by our warranty – Our technicians check all watches for being waterproof with a vacuum chamber vibrograph machine to ensure all watches are waterproof prior to purchase. In case water enters your watch, we recommend the watch be sent to us As Soon As Possible so we can recover the movement with minimal damage.

• Wear & Tear – All internal & external damage caused by negligence or maltreatment of the watch is the customer’s responsibility.
