A&E Watches is dedicated to providing superior service and customer satisfaction. Rolex watches are well known for their durability, dependability and luxury. You may spend a lifetime with your new watch, and even hand it down for generations. Unlike our competitors and other marketplaces that are only interested in selling you a watch, we do our very best to make sure your new watch is perfectly right for you, a watch you can enjoy for a lifetime. If you are not satisfied with your purchase and would like to return or exchange it, we are more than happy to help!

Return your watch:
All returns must be postmarked within 7 calendar days of delivery (from when you first received the item). All returns must be shipped fully insured to the full value of the purchase. You are solely responsible for all shipping costs. All returned items must be in the exact same condition, including all tags, boxes, books, stickers, and accessories. The item must not be worn, tampered with, or devalued in any way. All returns are subject to inspection prior to refund. If the returned item is found to be devalued in any way, the return may be rejected, or charges may apply. We will refund the purchase value less shipping and handling cost made by A&E watches, refund will be initiated within 5 business days.
All returns are handled individually. If your purchase is outside the terms of our return policy, we can often help. Excluding never worn, special orders, and custom watches.

No returns will be accepted for the following:

• Never-Worn – Watches that are never worn and include manufactured box and paper/card.
• Special Order – Any item or part (dials, bezel etc.) requiring special order upon customer request.
• Customization – Any watch that has been customized or modified per customer request. Any watch with custom-set diamonds on the case or bracelet. Any watch with a PVD or other custom finish.
  Any of these returns will be subject to a fee of 15-20% of the total purchase amount.

Exchange your watch:
We have a 30-day exchange policy. If after purchasing and receiving a watch you are unsure about the size (seems too large/too small), you love the style but prefer a different metal, don’t hesitate to contact us and discuss the exchange.
