To begin the repair process, contact our Repair Center at A&E Watches, located in the Gift & Jewelry Center in the SOMA District of San Francisco.

You can reach us by phone or email to discuss the issues with your watch and schedule a drop-off or shipment.

This initial contact ensures we understand your needs and can provide you with a preliminary estimate.

Step 2: Shipping Your Watch

If you are shipping your watch to us, make sure it is fully insured for its value.

Contact us for assistance in evaluating the shipping value, and we can provide you with a fully insured shipping label for a cost of $75-$100, depending on the watch’s value.

Include a detailed note describing the issues with your watch, along with your full contact information, inside the package. This information helps us quickly identify and assess your watch upon arrival.

Step 3: Detailed Inspection and Estimate

Once we receive your watch, our skilled technicians will conduct a thorough inspection. Within three business days, we will email you a detailed estimate that includes the recommended repairs and any parts that need replacement.

We use only factory-authorized parts from Rolex, Cartier, Patek Philippe, and other prestigious brands to ensure the highest quality repair.

Step 4: Repair Process

After you approve the estimate, our experts will begin the repair process, which typically takes 2-4 weeks. This process includes disassembling the watch movement for ultrasonic cleaning, lubricating the movement, calibrating the timing, and pressure testing for waterproof watches.

For automatic watches, we also simulate wrist motion to ensure proper function. Additionally, we provide bracelet service, hand refinishing of the case and bracelet, and another round of ultrasonic cleaning to restore your watch’s original luster.

Step 5: Final Quality Check and Return

Once the repair is complete, your watch will undergo a final quality check to ensure it meets factory standards.

We will then contact you to arrange the return of your watch. You can choose to pick it up at our Repair Center or have it shipped back to you, fully insured. Your watch will come with an A&E Watches one-year warranty, ensuring your timepiece continues to function perfectly.
