Shipping Policy
A&E Watches ships every used Rolex fully insured for its full purchase value,
with an adult signature required at delivery. Shipping within the United States is free.
Delivery
- USA: free, fully insured, signature required, UPS or FedEx
- International: $150 flat, priority courier, wire transfer only
– Ships within 2 to 5 business days after inspection
– No P.O. Box, APO or FPO addresses
– Before your watch ships
– Every watch is inspected by an A&E Watches watchmaker before it leaves the store. Timekeeping, movement, case, bracelet and clasp are checked against A&E Watches standards, and the watch does not ship until it passes. This is why orders ship within 2 to 5 business days of purchase rather than same day. The same inspection is what stands behind the 5-year warranty on every watch. (link “5-year warranty” to warranty/) - Orders paid by personal check ship 7 to 10 business days after the check clears.
- Domestic shipping (USA)
– Orders ship by UPS to residential addresses and by FedEx to business addresses, at no charge. Neither carrier delivers to P.O. Boxes, APO or FPO addresses, so please use a street address. - International shipping
– A&E Watches ships worldwide by priority courier for a flat $150. International orders are paid by wire transfer only; buyers in the United States can also pay over time through Affirm financing. Customs duties and import taxes are charged by the destination country and are the buyer’s responsibility. They are not included in the price or the shipping fee. Insurance and delivery
Every package is insured for the full purchase amount and requires a signature. If a package is lost or damaged in transit, contact A&E Watches within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. A&E Watches files the claim with the carrier and, once the carrier confirms the loss, either ships a replacement or issues a full refund. You will not be asked to absorb a loss on an insured shipment.
Returns
Returns must be postmarked within 3 calendar days of delivery and shipped fully insured. Return shipping and any applicable fees are paid by the buyer. Full terms, including exchanges and exclusions, are on the Return Policy page.
