Question 1

Do 36mm Rolex watches hold their value?

Accepted Answer

Yes, Rolex watches, including the 36mm models, hold their value exceptionally well over time. The Day-Date President 36mm, in particular, is highly sought after due to its timeless design and construction. However, factors such as condition, market demand, and rarity can influence the resale value.

Question 2

Do men wear 36mm Rolex watches?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. While 36mm may be considered smaller compared to today’s larger watch trends, many men appreciate the classic and refined look of the Rolex Day-Date President in 36mm. It’s a versatile size that suits various wrist sizes, as it offers both elegance and comfort.

Question 3

Is Rolex Presidential the same as Day-Date?

Accepted Answer

Yes, the term 'Rolex Presidential' refers to the Rolex Day-Date model, especially the 36mm version. This nickname originates from its association with several U.S. Presidents and world leaders who have worn the Day-Date.

Question 4

Is 36mm a good size for a watch?

Accepted Answer

36mm is considered a classic size for watches and is particularly fitting for those who prefer a more elegant look. It offers a balanced and proportional fit for both men and women alike.

Question 5

Is it hard to find a Rolex Day-Date 36mm?

Accepted Answer

While Rolex Day-Date models are highly desirable, availability can vary depending on market demand, materials, and specific configurations. Some editions or rare dials may be harder to find. At A&E Watches, we provide a wide selection of new and pre-owned Rolex Day-Date President 36mm watches.

Question 6

Can I trade in my current Rolex watch for a Rolex Day-Date President 36mm at your store?

Accepted Answer

Yes, A&E Watches offers a trade-in program where you can exchange your current Rolex for a new or pre-owned Rolex Day-Date President 36mm. Our experts will evaluate your watch based on its condition, model, and market value to provide a fair trade-in offer.

Question 7

How does the value of a pre-owned Rolex Day-Date President 36mm compare to a new one?

Accepted Answer

Pre-owned Rolex Day-Date President 36mm watches typically offer a more affordable option than buying new. The value depends on factors such as the watch’s condition, age, rarity, and any accompanying paperwork or accessories. Pre-owned models can hold or even appreciate in value if well-maintained.

Accepted Answer
