These amazing people care about watches and their customers. I sent my Rolex Daytona to them as they offered to install a colored dial I had bought from them on-line. During the installation they discovered problems with my watch and owner Avi spent weeks searching his inventory for hard-to-find parts during his trips to Israel as well as in San Francisco. Tzipi, of A&E Repairs, kept me informed every step of the way of the repair department's superhuman efforts to restore my watch to like-new condition. The cost was beyond reasonable, as Avi donated many parts from their huge stock and they did not charge for labor at all. I got far more than a beautiful dial when my watch came back. They did not even charge me for return shipping. I was in big trouble not knowing where to turn until they stepped up and offered their help, ultimately fixing my problems that came from "other" dealers. Two months ago I found this dealer online. After finding my perfect Rolex Submariner w/Serti dial, I phoned A&E with a few questions. I spoke with Inbar. She was knowledgeable and very patient. I’m sure she routinely gets asked the same questions. Let’s face it, it’s tough buying a luxury watch sight unseen. I narrowed my choice to two watches. She sent videos of both. I decided on one and spoke with her again to finalize price and payment details. They received the funds today and she quickly agreed to have the watch shipped today. Excellent customer service so far from start to hopefully unboxing. I’ll keep you posted! 😊 I’m beyond thrilled. So my watch arrived and it was gorgeous but unfortunately I found two cosmetic issues. First, there was a dent in one of the gold links in the backside of the watch. Second, the date seemed to be blocked by the gold frame. I noticed that the first digit of two digit dates were cut off. I spoke with Avi and he acknowledged my concerns and assured me that he would make it right. I asked him if he could service another watch and to let me know the cost. So I sent in both watches via prepaid return shipping that they of course arranged. As promised, both issues with my new Rolex were resolved and Avi did a complimentary service on my Ebel! I went to this place to get my watch sized so I could start wearing it and wow they were super friendly. They were selling Rolex watches and other high end ones but did not appear to judge me at all when I asked them to size a non high end watch which was great. Took them about 15mins and the charge was only $10, cheaper than I thought. I was offered water/coffee as well which was nice. When I'm ready for a high end watch I can look here but for now this is going to be my go to for watch related issues.![Yelp]()

Tzipzi and her team are great to work with, but you just have to be patient as the process and sourcing for repairs can be take awhile. I'm so thankful for their hard work and diligence in helping fix my watch Let me tell you my story - I inherited my mom's Rolex Oyster Perpetual watch when she passed away in 2014. She wore it almost daily and the elegant yet simple style spoke so much of her. Anyway, It wasn't functioning for years. I tried to get estimates at a billion places and they either made me nervous that they would further damage the Rolex, or refused to service because the parts would be hard to find, or said it was an older model and not willing to try. I mean, I travelled abroad, tried several Rolex stores and repair shops and still felt dubious. Finally, I remembered A&E and I figured their long tenure and reputation would be worth trying. Besides, my family purchased from them before and had great experiences. So this July, my husband and I took the watch in, explained the extra sentimentality of it, and asked for a quote. A week later, Tzipzi called that it may take some time, but that they were willing to try sourcing the parts from Europe. I figured after all these years, they seemed to be the most willing and honest with their work so I took the risk. They also understood the sentimentality of it and offered to do their best... ...About 3 and 1/2 months later, after many follow ups in between, Tzipzi called with such excitement that they finally found the missing part and were able to get it to work! She even did a trial run over a few days to make sure there were no issues. It was a HUGE relief to hear from her! It may have just been a repair, but to me it felt like reviving a huge memory of my mom. I was going through a tough time at work and this felt like a message of hope......and a reminder to keep searching for the right place ; to keep trusting others and also to know one's worth. What some considered a broken old watch, was revived into a beautiful priceless keepsake. My mom always said "If the path gets dark, someone will always be sent to guide you". Without their knowing it, Tzipzi and her team gave me so much more than restoring the watch. They gave me hope and a priceless memory. I brought my Rolex in to get it appraised and to have some proof of authenticity (I lost my certificate and box for the watch). They were so nice and welcoming. I had my toddler with me and they were very kind to offer us refreshments while waiting for the watch to get inspected. The entire process was only about 20-30min. While waiting, it was very tempting while looking around at their beautiful inventory of Rolex watches. They provided me with an appraisal as well as a letter from the owner stating the authenticity of the watch. I highly recommend them if you are looking for a Rolex watch as they are very knowledgeable! I will definitely be back here for my next watch.
