Warranty Terms & Conditions

These Warranty Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all warranty and extended warranty services provided by A&E Watches (“A&E Watches,” “Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By purchasing a watch, service, or extended warranty from A&E Watches, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Warranty Terms & Conditions
A&E Watches offers the following warranty options for eligible timepieces manufactured in 1975 or later:
● 5-Year Warranty: Included with eligible pre-owned watches purchased from A&E Watches.
● 7-Year Warranty: Included with eligible new or never-worn watches. This plan acts as a “top-up” to the Rolex Factory Warranty to ensure seven (7) years of total coverage.
● 10-Year Extended Warranty: Optional premium plan available for purchase.
Vintage Exclusion: Timepieces manufactured prior to 1975 are excluded from the 5, 7, and 10-year plans and are subject to a limited 1-year mechanical warranty only.
Warranty Period
Warranty coverage begins on the date of purchase and remains valid for the selected duration:
● 5-Year Warranty: Five (5) years from date of purchase.
● 7-Year Warranty: Seven (7) years from date of purchase.
● 10-Year Warranty: Ten (10) years from activation/purchase.
What Is Covered
Subject to these Terms, warranty coverage includes labor required to restore proper mechanical function and workmanship performed by A&E Watches.
Complimentary Overhauls
● 5-Year Warranty: One (1) complimentary service or overhaul.
● 7-Year Warranty: Two (2) complimentary services or overhauls.
● 10-Year Warranty: Two (2) complimentary services or overhauls.
● Polishing: Complimentary exterior polishing is included only when performed in conjunction with a covered mechanical service.
What Is Not Covered (Important Exclusions)
● Third-Party Interference: Any service, opening of the case, or repair performed by a third party (any person or entity other than A&E Watches or Rolex Factory Service) immediately voids all warranty coverage.
● Vintage Models: Any watch produced before 1975.
● Parts: Replacement parts (gaskets, crystals, crowns, dials, etc.) are excluded unless stated in writing.
● General: Normal wear and tear, water/moisture damage, loss, theft, or misuse.
