You have 3 days to return the watch for full refund but the shipping charge and 30 days to exchange it. Process of return is 5 business days.
Return excludes never-worn and special order watches, in case of return of never-worn or special order watch customer will be subjected to 15% loss of the purchase amount for restocking fee.
